Dialed In Data Fields

Our brew team is constantly dialing in processes to hit their parameters throughout the brewing process. This beer is the culmination of that continuous dialing in. We dipped our toes into the water with the classic hop-head combination of Citra and Mosaic, and built a base beer that is honed in to handle a giant hop charge. We get huge tropical notes, alongside a fluffy body that disappears without lingering bitterness.
