Disciples of a Disciplined Process

Disciplined process and procedure are crucial to making good beer, and we were careful to make sure we got this just right. Our brew team is constantly evolving and learning new, and efficient ways to make better beer. For this juice bomb of an IPA we used a heavy amount of flaked oats and red wheat to create a soft beer with a beautiful golden hue.

We then dry hopped with Galaxy, Motueka, and Mosaic to create flavors of pineapple, mango, lime, and berries. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor as much as we do!
