Extra Special Bitters

We set out to recreate one of our favorite styles of English Ale, the Extra Special Bitter, a style that has been around since 1642. Pouring a slightly burnt caramel in the glass, this historical everyday sipper is loaded with notes of toffee, bread, and  a slight caramel sweetness.
