Interstellar Overdrive

Interstellar Overdrive is a salute to one of our favorite bands. The song originated when the guitarist heard their band manager humming a tune and interpreted it. Much the same way we are constantly interpreting the world around us and trying to turn the many flavors we taste into liquid form. This hazy Pale Double IPA was brewed to showcase flavors of tropical fruit, mixed berry medleys, and slight citrus from the utilization of Strata, Mosaic, and Equanot hops. Rock on!
