It is said that through Metaphysical studies we can reach the basis of reality beyond perception. With this Pilsner we’ve gotten to the basis of beer, brewed with simple German Pilsen Malt, and mashed with a single decoction to produce a bready backbone. We lagered this beautiful clear liquid for ten weeks to give it immaculate crushability and clarity. A post lagering dry hop of classic German Saaz and New Zealand Wakatu add elements of lemon, lime, spice and pine to the finish.
